Focus & Co is led by Hiran Panchal, a creative director who is a partner in bars, clubs and restaurants across Lancashire, so the hospitality work is designed from inside the trade. The studio rebuilt its whole workflow around AI, which is why a small team ships brand, web and app work faster than agencies many times its size.
